Service Name: TrueBase 6: Community-Based Outreach & Functional Re-Engagement
Target Group: Students experiencing EBSA, neurodivergent learners, or those at risk of exclusion.
Price: £7,920 (6-Week Intensive)
Capacity: Up to 4 PupilsThe Delivery Model: (1 POD)
Dual Deployment: One Lead Practitioner + One Community Outreach Practitioner.
12 Hours Weekly Delivery: Flexible engagement spanning home-to-school transitions and community-based sessions.
Interest-Led Pathways: We utilize the student's passion (Sports, Tech, DIY, Arts) as the vehicle for re-engagement.
Functional Independence: Targeted skill-building in public transport navigation, social communication, and emotional regulation.
